Great dupe for WE crescent swivel. This gray fabric is even nicer in person as it has a darker thread running through it to give it depth. Will definitely use again on other projects.

There was open box option for the item hence I ordered for the gray one. I was very excited for my order. Huge box was sent it, I barely carried the box to my apartment and guess what. Some completely irrelevant item was sent to me. When I contacted the customer service since it is open box item, replacement is not possible. they offered me to keep the furniture with additional discount or return it back for full return. Since I really wanted to have the nice gray swivel chair I chose returning it. And I was told I can order from scratch as it is still in stock. I requested customer service to send an information to their warehouse to warn them to check before sending the new order. The guy told me he already escalated and it is not necessary to warn them with the same query. I especially told it escalation is related to my old order, how they will know the new order? He didn't help. He only said it was one time issue occurred. It will not happen again that I can buy the item from scratch. After 2-3 hours later I contacted to customer service and highlighted that "look I can see the problem they packed wrong item into the box which belongs to my order." This time, somehow the representative accepted to send a note to the warehouse but since the item loaded for delivery she was not sure they would see the note. The 2nd delivery was sooooo quick. But the wrong item was sent to me again which is not a surprise. I contacted the customer service again and the only thing they say is that they can do additional discount or refund if the item is returned. How many times I should carry the huge box, unpack, get disappointed and pack it back? Even I see the item is wrong in the box item, customer service want me to take it off the have full picture of it to escalate. I have herniated disc, now I am in pain because I am carrying again and again. After all those negative experience, they are offering nonsense solutions instead of sending me what I ordered for customer satisfaction.
