Our couch was delivered and is extremely damaged to say the least. The metal frame is extremely bent and the couch armrests are extremely crooked. The fold out portion of the sleeper does not function at all. Reached out to customer service and they wanted to send a repair technician. I did not purchase a recently repaired couch. Now this couch is out of stock so I’m stuck getting a refund and lost out on the couch I wanted. Bad experience all around.

Looks awesome, super sleek, holds its form and posture when in couch mode, and is semi firm but very comfy when converted to bed mode. I can’t wait to nap on it!

The couch is jumpy on one side, and they didn’t deliver per rhe original date and time. So I took the day off per the date and it came 2 days later.

Great piece took forever to receive but once we got it it absolutely elevated the space. The color and craftsmanship reflects the price.
