It wasn’t easy for my poor husband and his buddies to put together. However, it turned out absolutely beautiful. I am so happy and love it. Best advice, hire someone to put it together for you. We just couldn’t be happier. Husband and his buddies are proud they stuck with it and actually finished it. This was our first winter to use it. Every single plant came out perfect and blooming.

This greenhouse was exactly what I wanted and is beautiful. Was difficult to put together, but with patience, my husband and I did it ourselves.

I wanted to like this greenhouse kit, but the experience has been deeply frustrating and costly. The delivery arrived with multiple parts missing. Not minor hardware, but three essential components without which the greenhouse cannot be assembled or made structurally complete. The issue was discovered during the initial cataloging of parts, before any irreversible work began, so there was no ambiguity about whether the parts were misplaced or misused. They simply were not included in the shipment. Unfortunately, I had already hired contractors to be on site to begin the build. Once the missing components were identified, all work had to stop. The project is now completely on hold, and I still had to pay the contractors for their time that day. This turned what should have been a straightforward installation into an avoidable and expensive delay. The most disappointing part has been the lack of customer support. I attempted to call the phone number provided multiple times, and no one answered. The voicemail system reports that the mailbox is full, so it is not even possible to leave a message. At the time of writing, there has been no way to speak to a human or get clarity on when or if the missing parts will be shipped. The greenhouse itself may be fine once complete, but quality control and customer service are part of the product experience. Shipping an incomplete kit and being unreachable when things go wrong is not acceptable, especially for an item that often requires scheduled labor to assemble. I would strongly caution anyone considering this kit to factor in the risk of missing components and delayed support, particularly if you plan to hire installers or work on a tight schedule.

As other buyers have commented, the instructions are terrible. It took two people 2-1/2 days to assemble but probably would have only taken 1-1/2 days if we didn’t have to rebuild parts because the instructions lack many details. The end product is as described and we will enjoy it.

My favorite purchase. It came in three huge, heavy boxes and it too two of us to heat it fully together. I’ve had nothing but complaints on the structure and it never froze inside all winter. Love it
