I love this little fireplace. It’s perfect for a bedroom. It warms the room quickly and gives the room a very cozy feeling. It’s simple to install. I’m very happy with this purchase.

A beautiful fireplace and fits perfectly where I wanted it. For some reason I need to run the temperature several degrees warmer than the desired room temperature to keep it running (e.g. set to 26C to raise the room temperature from 17C to 18C). The room size is smaller than the area it's supposed to heat, so that's a nuisance. Otherwise I wish the flame effects were brighter, even at the brightest it's fairly dim.

I’d give this a 5 star if on the side of my fireplace there wasn’t a dent in the wood. They sent repair paint with this item. I’m note sure if it is sent all the time with this item or because it was damaged upon preparing to ship this item and instead of replacing it with an untangled item they still sent this but with some repair paint for me to try to fix. I should not be getting anything from the store damaged! I did use the repair paint to fix it. It still isn’t fixed but it doesn’t look obviously damaged! It is a very nice fireplace and I want to buy another one, but if it is damaged I will return it! That isn’t right to send items damaged! We are spending too much money on these items to get them damaged! But it is very beautiful. I put this in my living room area and I’d like another one for my bedroom. If it comes damaged though I’ll be packing it back up and having them pick it right on up and back to the store for my refund!
