The wall-mounted electric towel warmer is okay. The installation was a bit complicated at first because the tower part came bent. Luckily, we managed to fix it. The tower should be larger, longer, so the towel wouldnt need to be folded so many times. Also, the towel needs to stay on the tower for at least 2 hours at the maximum temperature (145 degrees) otherwise, it doesnt warm up enough.

Received but returned. The contractor in charge of my bathroom reno said it was not the ideal towel warmer to be hardwired.

Only the top bar works to warm the towel, so you end up with a very narrow area of warm towel

So far so good. I can’t fully comment since our electrician hasn’t been back to hardwire in, but the item itself fits perfectly, so like I said, so far, so good!
