The product works great. However, it is NOT white. If you have white fixtures, this will not work. I don’t think DeerValley is giving an honest assessment of the color. It is definitely bone or beige-colored.

Get ready to be pampered. This smart bidet has most of the features you’d look for. The heated seat is nice and warm, warmer in fact than others I’ve purchased. It has a nice clean look and responsive sensors that auto open the lid and seat which is a feature that I insist on for more hygienic operation. Not all bidets of this type have that feature. It has heated water spray and drying. You can select front and rear cleaning nozzle positions. The nozzle self cleans before retracting to prevent cross contamination. This bidet also has a feature that helps keep the bowl clean and minimize odors. It comes with a solution reservoir that holds a foaming agent that automatically disperses. Don’t worry about unexpected power outages as this toilet also features a back up battery for flushing. The remote is attractive and comes with a mount for storage and convenience. I suggest having the required GFI outlet installed while waiting for your unit to be delivered for seamless installation when it arrives.

This toilet has the best state if the art technology! It’s everything they stated and more!

Appeared to be used on arrival. Had bugs in the bowl still in the box. Too much of a hassle to send back so we hooked it up and seemed to work fine but after 2 months the flushing pressure dropped by at least half.

Toilet is nice… the only annoying in g part is that it opens everytime it senses someone close to it. Since it was recently installed, we haven’t completely figured things outs. I wish there was a way to selecta DD just the censoring part of it. Besides that I would recommend it to people.
