Comfortable couch, meets expectations on color and building isn’t too bad, some of the screws would not line up on the rails and that cause some problems getting it put together, also wish the bottom rails were metal

Sofa is amazing! Very sturdy and all the cushions fluffed right up after a few days! Would recommend! Great sofa for a small space!

This looked great but it took 5 of us to assemble this. Also, it didn’t quite get fluffy - it remained kinda flat but the color looks great and the texture is nice and smooth. Overall still a good buy.

Instructions not clear. It took a long time to put together.

The couch itself is great — very comfortable and looks just like the photos once it’s all set up. The downside was the assembly process. It came in a box in several pieces and was a bit crazy to put together. Inside the box was a paper with a QR code that said it would give better instructions. When my husband scanned it, the site asked for credit card information and said there would be no charge. He went ahead and entered it, but we were instantly charged 2 — and a few days later, a fraud alert showed more attempts from the same source. We had to get a new card and dispute the charge. I contacted Wayfair, and they were very responsive. They assured me that they never charge for instructions and do not partner with companies that do. They also pointed out that assembly instructions are available directly on their site, which I confirmed. Overall, the couch itself is a solid product, but the whole experience with the QR code scam made this purchase more stressful than it should have been. That hassle is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5.
