Good quality product. However it wasn’t the application I needed

I ordered two of these pieces of flexible molding. When they arrived, I realized that they're too wide for the project I had in mind. Wayfair won't take them back -- "this is a "no-return item." In the product description, it says there's a 30-day return policy (see attached photo). Apparently, when you check out, there's a notation that it can't be returned. Very deceptive. I'm finished with Wayfair. I'm giving the product a 1, only because I want this review posted. Btw, there's nothing wrong with the product itself. It just doesn't fit my needs.

Ordering this from the US manufacturers is difficult and expensive. Ordering through here is easy and delivery is usually on time. This product is used in hundreds of retail stores across North America. Assuming you understand how to install flexible trim and what its limitations are there shouldn't be any surprises. Good product. Will continue to order through Wayfair.
