Good Frothing, But a Frustrating Setup and Lukewarm Coffee Setting up this Euhomy Coffee and Espresso Machine got off to a rough start, and I almost packed it up to return it. Out of the box, the machine wouldn't pump any water and just flashed error lights. It turned out there was a hidden shipping plug stuffed into the valve at the bottom of the water tank. Leaving this un-labeled plug inside the water system causes an immediate airlock, which was an incredibly frustrating setup experience that initially soured my opinion of the machine. Now that it is actually running, the performance is a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the milk frothing worked well and created a nice texture. However, the espresso drink itself was just okay. The coffee has a bit of a burned plastic aftertaste—though to be fair, that might just be a temporary issue because the machine is brand new. My biggest complaint with the drink quality is that the overall coffee was not hot enough, and I actually had to microwave it to get it to a good drinking temperature. It is a decent machine once you get past the initial headache, but the lukewarm temperature and setup frustrations keep it at an average 3 stars for me.

I love it! Just one bad thing you have to put some in the base because the vibration moves the cup and half of the coffee spills outside of it.
