Bryce Power Reclining Sofa with Power Headrest

Although i like a lot about this sofa, after about two months the foam on one of the seats is very compressed. Wayfair customer service has been fantastic- this is a replacement for a unit that we thought was defective. (When the delivery team brought the replacement they discovered that this unit had been assembled incorrectly.) Nevertheless, the foam failure did not occur within 30 days so there is no remedy.

Delivery was fast and the delivery team was great. This couch looks good and can be very comfortable. Unfortunately there is almost zero support in the lower back cushion and the upper back cushion is pretty firm so if you have any lower back issues it’s probably not for you. Also, the motor is incredibly slow so if you’re reclined and need to get up with any sort of speed you’re out of luck, especially if someone else is also trying to sit up or recline at the same time on the other end it becomes even slower. It’s a really nice looking couch though and feels sturdy.

I was very impressed by the speed of shipping and my delivery team did a fantastic job. I honestly don’t want to get up the recliner is so comfortable it’s hard to describe I just love it.
