Received my beautiful stove early and now just waiting on the remodel. Packaging looks undisturbed and delivery team kept me posted the day of delivery. Awesome experience. Upon installation of the stove, we discovered the unit wasnt working properly. Wayfair Customer Service acted quickly and gave us several options which included repair or replacement. We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. We received the replacement unit and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. Wayfair excelled in my kitchen remodel project. I purchased all appliances, hardware, sinks and fans from Wayfair and would not have changed a single thing.

This range is amazing! Love the large countertop with multiple burners. The larger one is 3300w and the left rear burner is a warmer. The inside of oven is very spacious and the racks snap in place. The look of the range is high end and classy. So glad we purchased!

I am in LOVE with this stove, its High end at a discounted price, brings my kitchen to a higher level. The team at Wayfair made it so easy for me to order and get it delivered.

I am so disappointed in this. It took 3 and half months to get here. I won’t go into all the details of the disaster delivery was - but once we finally got it (without notice left in the snow) one of the burners doesn’t work. We contacted wayfair and they said they would call us back in 48 hours. They haven’t. I am so disappointed in this entire shopping experience and we purchased the whole set from forno. I will say though the stove is beautiful, the burners do heat evenly and the oven bakes well EXCEPT it takes FOREVER to preheat. And a nice bonus is they sent child safety covers for the knobs with was a nice touch.
