Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! I hope it will keep my concrete in great condition for next 3-4 years.

I wanted to seal both stamped & regular concrete to protect my investment of patio, walkway & driveway. I read through multiple product reviews & found that the SX5000WB should meet my needs. The concrete was installed 7 years prior & no one had re-sealed it since the original installation. I power washed all surfaces in preparation to remove a buildup of dirt that had collected. Once the surfaces dried completely, after a few days, I began the application process. I wetted the surface with the product, using a pump sprayer & back rolled as I progressed using a 1/2” paint roller on an extension pole. I only applied a 40-50 sq ft section at a time, so I could assure that the surface was coated appropriately. This worked out very well. I made sure the temperature did not exceed 85 degrees. During the 1st rain, I was pleasantly surprised about how well the water beaded up & ran off rather than soaking in as it had previously been doing prior to sealing. The ordering process was easy through the website & the product did not cost anymore than had I purchased it @ a big box store. Shipment arrived in just 3 days. There are other less expensive products out there, but sometimes cheap is not the way to go. Especially when you consider your preparation time or longevity of not having to re-apply in 1-2 years for a lesser quantity product. I strongly recommend the water based SX5000WB for ease of application, durability & easy cleanup. You won’t be disappointed.

I had been dreading putting this down, fretting over weather, could I drive on it after, would it stain, would it get on the house etc... I have to say it went down really easy, dried quickly and cleanup was as easy as warm water and soap. Concrete did not change color. It rained 2 days later and it appears to be doing it's job. Super easy to do - I am happy. If you are reading this I will say it dries quickly. It tells you to wait to later in the day and I did....glad I did too. Maybe next time I will wait until everything is in the shade and cooled down a bit so it dries slower.

The best there is! Great coverage, very easy to apply with a sprayer and awesome uniformed application. Also Will is the best! He answers all the questions I have when I call in. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

I have been using these sealer for a number of years now. I love it. Easy application. It last for a number of years and clean up is easy. I use this for both my driveway and back porch.
