Had some issues with the back of the chair; however, I contacted customer service, and they sent me a replacement piece! Love this item — comfy and looks great!

I actually ordered two sets so I had four chairs total. One of the packages was missing a part so I can only assemble three chairs. The complete chairs look nice but there are several imperfections to the wood, especially where the joints come together. Additionally everything in the package feels dirty and one of the cushions has a mark on it. The chairs are fine, but I probably would buy something else next time. But Wayfair returns aren't always the easiest.
