Arrived broken. The first step in the process is to open up the cushions, guess what, they won’t fit in the box if you have to return it. Told Wayfair representatives numerous times that I needed three shipping labels. Went to FedEx and only one label printed. Wayfair says they can process my request for more labels in 1 to 2 days and then I can ship it out then. Horrible customer service process. Never choose the text option, they will never contact you. This couch is not good quality. Do not order it and do not expect an easy return process from Wayfair. The only saving grace is when I was able to get a service person on the phone by calling. She was amazing and went above and beyond to get me labels in under 30 minutes so I did not have to take another trip. Always call.

Nothing fancy, just fancy looking. Exactly what I wanted. Thankfully assembly was also expertly done by Wayfair, tho for younger folks that’s probably not necessary.

Really comfy!! It was perfect for my small nyc balcony. I would have given it 5 stars but the cushions don’t tie to the frame so if it’s really windy outside, the cushions get blown away. Overall extremely sturdy and looks really nice once put together. We’ll get a ton of use out of it in the spring and summer!

Super easy to assemble! Great quality materials. I hope it lasts since I just put it together yesterday.
