The pieces are really really bad quality and when you ask for help to change the pieces it is the most difficult. 3 months after buying the product I'm still chasing after the parts from the company

Was very excited about this door as I renovated a room used for storage to be an office. However, the contractor opened the box to put the doors together and several pieces were cracked, chipped or completely broken. The doors cam in 2 shipments and there was damage to both. I am really bummed as we were rounding the corner to be finished. I have reached out to the manufacturer per Wayfair so we will see how they will make this right and I can possibly edit my review. However, I will say I've read some reviews where the doors have been delivered with damage (so time to fix the issue) and another major complaint has been a gas smell. The doors did not have a smell so I am happy for that. It will be an inconvenience to have my contractor have to come back out later to finish a job that was set to be done today.

I liked the thought of the design, but the smell of gases is overwhelming. So much so that I completely removed it from my room. I can't return it now, so it's a loss. The smell is so bad that anywhere I stored it, or had hardware set aside the smell is in that area as well. It's been outside for over 3 weeks now and you can smell the odar in my patio area. Do not buy or waste your hard earned money because the money will be gone, but smell will last!
