on arrival, there was a dent in the front of the cooler and so far no ice cold water, only room temp.. not very happy, I paid of $200 for this !!!!

honestly i desperately wanted to love this water dispenser... and i do. it's adorably retro, it matches all of my other funky sage colored appliances, and for a small weak person, the bottom-loading feature is priceless. i'm giving 2 stars because this is the second time that wayfair has given me an open box item for the price of a new item. the box was mangled and clearly haphazardly retaped, and the styrofoam inside was crumbled. the item came with 2 dents that are thankfully on the side i have concealed against a wall. the item functions well, both the hot and cold options work great. i just have beef with wayfair support for repeatedly charging full price for used items.

Love the colour but the machine seems small but starting to like the compactness of the machine. Thus far all features are working. Package was slightly damaged but nothing on the inside was damaged.
