This is NOT for an elongated seat. Works fine but don’t buy if you have an elongated bowl.

Easy to install and works well!

This item was received with a missing part. Wayfair customer service, as always was very helpful in attaining the missing piece. It was very easy to install. Unfortunately, once installed the remote control would not pair with the seat. ILID customer service is located in Hong Kong. I called Wayfair. Wayfair offered to replace part again, I decided to skip and return the item. Also, when it comes to the remote control, and manual knob use, the instructions are terrible. After my review, I received several emails from the manufacturer. They apologize for the issues we had. They make things right immediately. I must say, they have excellent customer service and work very hard to resolve the issue, which they did. I am satisfied.
