I took a star away from this desk review because while everything was in the box and it comes with instructions the pieces are not lettered and numbered as in the instruction book. It retook two of us but we did get it together. The desk/table is sturdy and looks good.

Let me start by saying that the desk is overall very satisfactory. My reason for deducting two stars is that not a single piece of the desk or the hardware was labeled. I have built enough furniture to figure this out on my own, as it was largely intuitive, but for someone new to building their own furniture, they would really struggle. I don’t know if got a random box that was forgotten, or if this is standard practice for this company, but better procedures will make more satisfied customers.

Good desk / table. While fairly simple to put together and seems very sturdy there were just a couple small issues. Parts and screws came in two big bags not separated and not labeled so you have to go through and sort and count which is just a pet peeve because it takes a bit longer to get started with assembly. A couple parts came out of the box scratched and dinged- the cracked rough spot with the wood showing is underneath so it doesn't show and I don't care because I am using as a sewing table in my studio, BUT if I was going to use this in my house I might be a little miffed. The allen wrench tools included were cheap, metal is so soft and couldn't even finish the job, I had to break out my tool for the last few screws and final tightening. Otherwise it is sturdy, the metal frame is quality and there is no wobbling and it can hold quite a bit of weight. It has adjustable feet to accomadate an uneven floor and the top is very smooth and should be easy to keep clean, perfect for my use as a sewing table.

Desk is strudy and well made. Assembly was rather easy. This is a simple desk with no storage so if you want or need extra storage on your desk I’d advice something different. Great option for small spaces or teens.

Overall, the desk is sturdy and looks great. Shipping was fantastic and the materials were superb. We did have a minor issue with the table of the desk aligning properly but it’s not a huge deal. It was perfect for our space.
