The barn door looks beautiful and feels solid. I haven't installed it yet, but the quality and finish look great.

Door came in with already some damage and the hanging bars for installing were not included in the package as shown on the pictures. Not installed yet and not happy with them so far.

It's a door. It is fine. What is not fine is the fact that you specifically reached out to me over the phone on the day of delivery to ask me if I had any special instructions. I stated that I needed the door delivered on the driveway next to the garage door. Your team acknowledged this, and still you delivered it to the front door. It's like banging my head against the wall.

Overall the packaging leave everything to be desired … this is my second try getting this door delivered as the first one was damaged in transit due to lack of protection. The second wasn’t much better but I wasn’t home to refuse the delivery. I will have to do some work to make it presentable
