If the frames would arrive in one piece, they would be very nice. But none of the three frames were usable. All three glass panes were broken, one with a corner missing and the other two in multiple tiny pieces. One wood frame was scratched and another broken in two. In all fairness, since other people complained about the broken glass in their review, I wouldn't be surprised if I was sent items already broken. I would like to keep doing business with Wayfair but I'm on the fence.

A box of broken Sharp glass!!! These were not packaged as glass- the outer box zero damage but inside be careful as I cut myself very bad pulling out first broken frame. The glass shards went all Over as I pulled out first broken frame. I ordered two separate boxes of three and both boxes were like this. As bad as the broken glass is the broken customer service ! When you go To report broken item it has been almost 2 hours and zero response on chat to get a refund no number to call no email. Awful!

Beautiful, unique, high quality, solid wood frames. Came packaged very well. Unfortunately, 1 frame's glass was cracked. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to ship me a replacement, which all came intact. I was hoping to order another set but they are now out of stock in the brown color. I really hope come back in stock so I can complete my project.

I think these are so cute, but my first shipment of these the glass was shattered, then when they sent a replacement, those frames came broken. I am buying wood glue to try to fix because I like them, but I don’t know what it is about the packaging or something that just doesn’t work.
