Beautiful chair with all the bells and whistles providing you have the correct adapter. I live in So Cal and this product requires a Euro adapter which does not work in American outlets. The one provided does not securely fit with a secondary purchase of a conversion adapter and just falls out. I've returned and replaced 3 adapters thus far and over it. Chair does not recline, heat or ventilate without the chair being plugged in not to mention awkward as I have run over the cord several times just moving the chair to and from the desk. The chair is still height adjustable without electrical necessity but for this price it should provide comfort, a sense of sanctuary when working long hours, rather than frustration over rolling over cord, and inability to use the functions because the adapter won't remain in place.

Recliner stopped working within a few weeks. All other features including back heating and ventilation don't work either. Sorry to say it is a Bad choice

Not great, just a week of using the chair i started hearing squeaky sounds and its so loud that i cannot seat on it. Small movement the chair becomes lousy. Not worth the money at all. Just stay away.
