Love my chair very comfortable I work long hours more then 10 hours a day and I need a chair to hold up… heat and massage is perfect and with the ventilation feature I’m always comfortable.

I love the look of the chair. The heat on the chair is good. I’m not crazy about though Massage part it’s only like one ball. The only way to have the foot rest out is if you’re reclined back and the bottom of the seat isn’t very cushion.

Great Chair. Very Comfortable. Highly recommend it.

It's a beautiful chair, but the leather seems like it will easily get damaged. There is already a small wear spot on one of the arm sides where it has touched the pull out writing surfaces on my desk. Also, the base should be larger to handle such a big heavy chair. Leaning over it has tipped over twice and almost a few more as I get used to never doing that. Also, I didn't even think that to get a chair that reclines like a stadium seating chair I'd be foregoing the spring loaded lean back functionality on most office chairs. That's going to take some getting used to as well. All that said it does offer good support for someone my size and sits in the chair all day working, so I do not intend to return it.
