When chair arrived on May 7th there was a broken zipper on the arm cushion attachment but was not really concerned about that but now only 4 months later the remote on the chair has stopped working and the chair is stuck in the relax position.

I have noticed that Wayfair products tend to be of cheap quality. This recliner is no differenr. It looks cheap, feels cheap, and not entirely comfortable (led to some back pain due to the positioning of the cushions). Luckily I only needed it for three months, but would not keep it permanently. It served its purpose, but the adage of you get what you pay for is absolutely true. I might have added it permanently if the quality had been better. Going to have to rethink Wayfair though for future purchases.

I am extremely disappointed with this chair. It worked fine for a few days. But now it doesn’t work to lift or go back to its original position. My husband is a very petite man, no one else has sat in it. Now it won’t return to the original position, the foot position will not go down. This is a terrible product , really! How can we resolve this problem, please?? He is so uncomfortable.
