View the pics, this is how we received the item. It also had blood stains and frame is bent in on the side of the sofa arm. The frame is bent inwards which is causing the cushions to dimple. It took several weeks to receive the sofa, and several weeks to decide if they could fix it. As we were waiting to here back, Wayfair would tell us we would be receiving a call back with 72 hours. Never did, we had to call them every time. So frustrating! After all this, they finally decided to take the sofa back free of charge. Yes, they were going to charge us 150.00 to take it back.

Very luxurious looking couch with whisper quiet motors for the reclining seats and back cushions. We bought the olive green leather, which looks lustrous in our house. Very happy with purchase and the competitive price. Delivery crew was great—-took great care moving and assembling the couch.

This reclining couch is just as advertised. It’s a lovely piece of furniture. Works great. Firm in its support (you don’t sink in so if that’s what you want this isn’t it). I took off one star because it doesn’t seem to have any stain guard on it. I bought my own and sprayed it on. For a white couch this is important. Also, the guys who delivered it wouldn’t take the packaging with them.
