I absolutely love my new sectional! It was so easy to put together. It was so well packaged with the parts for each piece in the box with that piece. It looks very nice and is very comfortable. it was also very reasonably priced .priced for the quality.

I will never buy from Wayfair again. Horrible experience with this sectional. CUSTOMER SERVICE is NO help. When it arrived, the boxes were in bad shape. When assembly team opened it, there was a 5-inch tear, material was “scraped”, and an ink mark was only partially removed. I truly believe it was a return sold as new!

Worst couch ever bought in my life dog jumps up on it and his claw just puts a hole in it. I had to take a section out and throw it away now I still have two more that have holes in it. It is most uncomfortable plastic couch I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this couch to my worst enemy.

This sectional is really nice, I was very nervous to order it online without seeing it in person but we are pleased!! Arrived timely, arrived in 8 boxes, one box arrived a day before the other, not an issue.

Love this. Very supportive and a firm sit, but that’s what I like. Extremely happy with the purchase
