Purchased chair, the Pendaray Home Theater char looks great but not exactly perfectly comfortable. I chose to give up a little comfort to be able to get out of the chair in 5 seconds or less instead of 00 seconds or more in the painfully slow motorized chairs. Over all I give high marks for quality, hansom looks and the speed in which I can get out of the chair. You never really realize how much time it takes to get up in those motorized chairs until the doorbell rings!

We had a problem with assembly because the left (L) armrest does not align with chair base. Assembly was easy enough but the hardware is hidden under base of chair and we though it was not included, but, we found it! However, the problem was the alignment of L armrest to base. Cannot properly attach the left armrest and need a replacement. The nightmare comes in with CONTACT with distributer. You cannot speak to a person, everything has to be done through e-mail. They want photos sent, I can understand that, however the photos exceed what I can send even just one. I am a senior and this is just getting crazy!

After the delivery people left it in the mail room and did not assemble it, my neighbors hauled it up and assembled it for me and it is so comfortable.

Nice quality leather but the arms do not stay on properly which is infuriating and makes me regret this couch purchase.

Good quality, fairly easy to assemble. The downside is the armrest on one side will not stay in place no matter what you do. Shouldn’t have manufacturing issues at this price.
