Great chair. Got this for my 93 yr old dad. Having a motorized lift is critical. Getting a massager and heat built in is a lovely bonus—especially for his elderly body. He can fully recline the chair which makes it perfect for napping. The velour material is soft and plush and makes sitting so comfy. Would recommend this chair.

This chair had potential, but when it was delivered, the right arm was missing. Wayfair made good on it and sent the other piece and thank God they sent the bottom because the bottom of the seat had the wrong connectors when we finally got everything we waited forever for our technician guy to come so we ended up just canceling it and put the chair together ourselves, but we still had to pay $80. the chair worked fine for two days and then all of a sudden the remote that controlled the heat and the massage just stopped working. When we contacted Wayfair, they sent us a new remote When we receive that remote it still didn’t work. I reached out to Wayfair and they still have not contacted me on how to fix the problem.

Worked Perfectly for my elderly mother!

The remote for the massage and heat stopped working in a week. I sent an email to support they sent out an adapter it is the remote. They responded and told me that it was the adapter that I need to plug it in. It is not the adapter. It is the actual handheld remote they have since not sent me a new remote and have not responded to any messages to them.
