Super comfy! Never got quite to the full Height as pictured maybe closer to 13-14” at the seat level total. But wonderful

This chase didn’t have any reviews when I purchased so I was pretty nervous about it and even more nervous when a review finally came through right before mine arrived. When mine came, I took it out of the package and this is what it looked like immediately. The next day it is completely puffed and all the wrinkles are out and I’m incredibly pleased. Mine does happen to have an edge on the back that holds the pillows. I’m not sure if there was a defect with the other reviewers chaise. Very soft to the touch fabric. Great size and really happy with my purchase.

Not what we were expecting. There is no structure or “boning” to this chair. It’s just vacuum sealed in a bag when you get it and it has to inflate for a few days before it looks like the picture. Even still, it doesn’t look as large and plush as the photos and doesn’t stand nearly as tall as pictured because there is no back. The “back” in the photo is just the loose pillows. Just a little misleading and disappointed but can’t return it due to shipping.

I am not satisfied with the product. I expected it to be fuller. It’s very low to the ground and there is a dent in the cushion
