Update - Wayfair made it right and sent me a new rug. I could tell the difference right away, plus it had a bunch of silicone packs rolled up with it. I’m disappointed that they initially sent me someone’s used rug and I opened it in my home. That still disturbs me, but the rug is beautiful and I’m happy to have a new version. I think I was sent a used rug. I did NOT order an open box item, I ordered a brand new rug. There was a chunk of hair, a dust bunny, and a bunch of other debris on the rug. I am grossed out.

This is really pretty but slightly more peach undertone than I expected.

This is a beautifully made rug, but it is not pink. It’s beige with VERY FAINT pink “highlights.” I’ve reached out to return it and have not received any help. It’s odd because I’ve furnished many houses with Wayfair products and have never had a problem in the past. Very disappointed.
