Im torn about my review of the Oklahoma Joe drum smoker. On one hand, I havent had the chance to fully test it yet, but Im excited to get started. However, the experience of getting it was a different story. The box arrived absolutely destroyed, and to my surprise, some parts were missing. I was also disappointed with the customer support, as it took some effort to get in touch with someone who could help. To make matters worse, the package arrived 6 days after the scheduled delivery date. It wasnt until I opened a ticket with the shipping carrier that they looked into it and got it delivered. Given the issues I faced, Im giving it 3 stars for now. Ill update my review if I find that the product itself is worth the hassle.
