Box arrived damaged. A few pieces were bent or dented. All that said, we managed to get it together even though there were no assembly instructions. Found some instructions on line but that had bad illustrations and did not match product as it was shipped. So far the grill burners work but the side burner does not. Noticed the delivery driver put the damaged box side up against the house and took the picture from the end of the driveway so you couldn't make out the box damage.

It arrived all dented, nothing was labelled, pretty much had to build it blind.. not enough screws... do better

Terrible ! Dents all over. Brought it to our trailer for the long weekend to build. Missing many screws -husband had to go buy some a hardware store -had no choice but to cook on it as we were away or we would not have eaten. Otherwise would have sent back!

The reason for only 3 stars are 1 the instructions are terrible, these could could be simplified by placing letters on the pieces and showing them in the instructions. This is done with the table and chairs also by you. 2 the electronic igniter for the side burner does not work. 3 the clips to hold the propane tank do not work on the standard propane tank sold in Canada. Now the good stuff 1 delivery was fast. 2 was well packed for the beating the box took because of the weight.3 for a 4 burner plus a side burner it is well worth the price. 4 like the ss burner guards, ss bun warmer and cast iron grill grates. The instructions are the biggest issue I have with this BBQ.

Smaller than I expected and it is very light weight and cheaply made.
