Pros Its pretty comfortable for the most part. Extremely easy to put together. I like that the paddle to adjust the angle of the back doesnt rely on lock points, so you can have it at any angle you like. Its excellent for a tall person. Also, for anyone with a wide frame, its quite spacious. Cons It arrived damaged, the front left seat corner and the top right backpanel corner were squished in. It looked like those respective corners had perhaps gotten jammed in machinery (maybe shipping, maybe manufacturing). I was able to fluff out both corners. But the inner foam is damaged (notable when touched) and the outer fabric is crunkly. The massage option is underwhelming. I was expecting heat, as in the description photos, there is a red overlay which implies heat, as well as the multiple vibration points. That being said, it doesnt mention heat in the written description. Another con with the massage is the little pouch that holds the remote. Its too small for the remote and the very rigid cables. It falls out constantly and just gets in the way of the wheels. Also, it has to be plugged in to use the feature, not merely charged up. So you cannot roll around without running over the cables. The footrest is a joke. Its very flimsy and doesnt lock into place when its tucked away. So its constantly sliding in and out if I roll in a certain direction. On top of that, when its pulled out, its too short to rest your legs on. Its more of a close to the knee but under your calf rest. THIS might be good for a short person, but its a higher than average chair, even in its lowest setting. Which is great if youre tall, and frustrating if youre short. I do regret purchasing this model of a chair, but I like the aesthetic and couldnt be bothered to go through the rigamoroll of disassembling and returning it.
