I can feel the wires. I had to put a second mattress pad on top of it.

This mattress pad is a disappointment. We can definitely feel the wires. Like sleeping on rows of extension cords. The lowest setting is too warm to leave on all night. Wake up and have to turn it off. We had a Sunbeam product on our previous king bed. Much better product and more comfortable.
