Assembly was easy. Only downside it does not have a key to use even though one is shown with it so you have to use the code on the door. Wish I would have known as I might have bought a different one.

Would not recommend. Combo lock stopped working after a few weeks of light use. Although there is a key pictured, it was not provided with the purchase. Requested the manufacturer send one, and when they did it immediately broke. Wayfair refunded us after several emails back and forth.

The product is exactly as pictured and has been secured to the pavement. The directions for the code to lock are very confusing and to top things off the key was not in the packaged box. I am unable to use the product to serve its purpose. To date still waiting for a key. I will see if a locksmith could help to purchase another type of lock to put the delivery box into usage. Cannot comment on putting item together as I asked someone to assist. It took them about 40 mins. Please note it has taken 3 calls to request the missing key. I hope 3 times is a charm. This will be my last time ordering from Wayfair. Customer Service both chat and phone line are a false. Very disappointed as I have ordered from Wayfair many times before.

The delivery box is great, pieces E,J,I,K were a little tricky to assemble but the rest of the assembling was easy to put together. Buy it, you’ll definitely be satisfied with your purchase
