It’s cute and my little granddaughter loves it. I wish the wood was of a bit better. Shipping was a nightmare. Overall faster than I could’ve had it made by my husband.

We wanted to love this!! BUT there is defintaly Quality Control issues with this playhouse. There were so many chips of paint and wood (which some is to be expected considering how it was shipped and not organized in any way in the box) the mail box was broken down the complete side where the bolt was so we had to glue it, the stamps of the numbers for the pieces are completly in view, and fter almost finishing the assembly, 4 hours later, we noticed the seat wood planks didnt match the color of the rest of the playhouse. We will be painting them white, but that was a complete bummer when we gave this to my granddaughter the next day for her 6th birthday. On a happier note- there is a nice ledge on the inside most pictures do not show, which is great for coloring, creating, serving food and playing games. Over all we would not pay over $400 for this... live and ya learn! *Our Granddaughter did love it - her mom did a great job at decorating it with flowers, lights, rugs, grass, etc.* It wont let me upload the video, but attached are some pictures.

My kids absolutely love this little play house! A serious upgrade from the plastic one we had. Made with real cedar wood so we know it will last ❤️

Well- every thing is present and accounted for. Our little princess is barely 7 months and not quite ready for her play house yet. However, we have noted the structure is quite sturdy, materials are top notch and instructions are well written.

My kids LOVE this playhouse!!! I love that it’s real wood and it smells so fresh from the wood. It comes with cute little accessories and has a stove with a knob that the kids can turn. I love that it has a working doorbell and a cute little mailbox. I can’t wait to put flowers in the flower box area in the front of it just like how the picture is advertised. Building it was hard but worth it! It took my husband around 4-5 hours to build it. I also think you need an electric drill to build it but maybe you can get away with not having one. Not all the areas of the wood are fully sanded down and it leaves the wood a little rough to the touch. Some of the parts did come broken but Wayfair was amazing with replacing them. Honestly even with some of those negative parts of this product, the fact that it’s real wood and is soooo aesthetically cute makes it so worth it! My kids will play in it for hours and hours. I highly recommend this product!
