These are beautiful, heavy and solid, weight-wise. While the angle hinge works well providing a large variety of angles, there are two issues they may want to work on: 1) A steeper staircase angle means it is difficult to screw the bottom screw into the rail, as screwdriver access is blocked by the ornate iron, and 2) the same up-down hinge that allows the bracket to work on many angles also has some left/right play in it, due to the tolerances not being exact in the iron work. That results in a slight left/right wobble in the finished rail. Not enough to cause any issues with stability or use, but noticeable. All-in-all a beautiful retro bracket

Hand rail set is great based on value and quality! I used the set of 4 to cover just shy of 10ft. Planning on getting an extra 2 sets to do another longer side. Used drywall anchors to set and it’s very sturdy. Each handrail comes with 5 (2inch I think) black screws that were too long for actual handrail (which is 1.5in Diameter) so used smaller zinc ones for the handrail, which you’ll notice in pics.
