I am very impressed with the quality of this water hose. Although it is heavy, it carries a lengthy retractable hose perfect for handling especially if you are a garden person like me. The only thing is you need the proper drill bits for installation.

Will never not have a retractable hose again! Love this thing! I love that the spicket has so many options, and I love that the hose retracts back in so easily. Highly recommend a hose like this, it’ll change your life!

This hose and reel combination is a wonderful product! It’s appears to be a great quality and very sturdy. Came with great installation instructions gear and was well packaged. I am extremely happy with this product.

Shipped quickly and packaged well. I was impressed with it as soon as I opened the box. Well-made and nicely designed. It was heavier and larger than anticipated but it’s great. I did not attach to my brick house , rather I attached it to an outdoor shed with a water hookup. Set up and installation is simple, however please be aware that its very heavy and needs a secure mount. The reel comes with a special bracket and lag bolts that the reel attaches to and this must be very securely attached to your house or a very strong post. So far we haven’t encountered any issues with retraction or leaking. I like how the reel swivels. It’s a heavy duty hose so expect some Weight if you’re using this fully Extended. If so, you may want to kind of gently hold onto it as it retracts so you can kind of guide it in a little bit. It retracts fast. I had better results turning the water off, draining out the remainder in the hose, then retracting. I truly hope it holds up and the springs do t go bad. It’s super easy and so nice not having to manually handle all the hose. Works great for us. Thanks wayfair.

So far, I’m impressed. This definitely solves a storage problem for us and the swivel mount is a nice design. It’s lighter than I thought it would be too, which is great. My husband installed it, and he mentioned that the size of the standard socket and the lack of washers wasn’t great but we made do.
