La toilette ne fonctionne deja plus après 3 mois d'utilisation

I love the smart toilet, I didn't realize the cost to add an electrical outlet for it would be more expensive than the entire toilet and the installers had trouble installing it. The mounting brackets were not sufficient. Now that I am using it, there is occasionally a glitch where it freezes up. Unplugging it fixes the glitch, but overall I love it.

I absolutely love this smart toilet! It looks incredibly sleek and modern and instantly made my bathroom feel more luxurious. The design is beautiful, the built-in features are so convenient, and everything feels very well made. I especially love the lighting and how clean and sophisticated it looks in the space. It feels like having a high-end hotel bathroom at home. Definitely one of the best upgrades we made to our bathroom — highly recommend!

The UV sterilization and self-cleaning nozzle give me real peace of mind on the hygiene front, while the heated seat and instant warm water bidet are genuine game-changers for comfort. Installation was straightforward (though you'll need a nearby outlet), and the auto open/close lid plus hands-free flushing make the whole experience feel surprisingly luxurious. After a month of daily use, it's basically brought hotel-level cleanliness and comfort into my home.

I’ve always wanted one and now it’s here. I’m so excited to get it installed.
