I think I must have always wanted a wrought iron bed since I was a little girl. When I finally began to shop for one, I realized I couldn't quite afford one. I came across this oil-rubbed finished bed and it is perfect. I was downsizing and needed a bed that fit my newly replaced full-sized mattress. It has been several years now, and I am still very much enjoying this purchase! Everytime I enter my bedroom I am pleased at the look I was able to create in a small space. The soft curves and open work do not visually take up space or "weight" and allow the exposed brick wall of my loft to show through with a nice contrast. I was able to add an oil-rubbed finished chandelier (also purchased on Wayfair) that further brings out and connects the pieces in my room.
