The way it was packaged is if someone else had sent it back. it was in a box labeled dog pads, and it was thrown in there. The cord was just thrown in there wasn’t tied up like you would normally see with a new one., but it worked and my dog loved it, and after showing him a couple of times he was able to do it by himself

I always wanted to try one of these, I like how it has 3 ranges, so I can even use it in the house on the low setting. My dog is crazy about it.

This DOES NOT WORK! We purchased it when we got a puppy. She was afraid of the noise, we've tried it again now that she is older and it truly doesn't work. We thought there was a problem initially but had so much going on with the new puppy. We paid $85.00 for JUNK! Don't buy from this seller!

The balls are super super small. This was not in the description. It does NOT go 20 ft or 30ft. And you still have to put the ball in it to get it to work. I thought it would be automatic like those batting cages. The whole point was to let my dog play ball for hours while I sit there. My shoulder hurts so bad from throwing him the ball non stop. He's a outbuildings blue heeler that's so driven and hyper focus I can't keep up with his energy. I've been trying to train him to drop the ball in the hole so it can be shot out of it for him but hes scared of the machine so he won't come near and that's the same amount of work. No im not lazy I walk this dog and I play with him all the time. But I also have 4 dogs and a house to maintain. I rescued him off the streets so he needed a home but I need a butler apparently lol
