DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This piece of furniture is garbage. Wood pieces disintegrated in places upon assembly (like saw dust glued together), provided hardware was unusable due to faulty manufacturing, we were missing an entire wood piece, and the dimensions are smaller than advertised. In order to receive a refund, we are required to ship it back despite trying to make the assembly work for us given this incredibly poor quality item.

Surprised at the quality for the price. All 3 cats took to using this the first day. Love having littler hidden, however thought the scratch patch entry was great but gets dirty so change.

Cute little cat tree. Milo likes to use the enclosure as a quiet sleep area. Fits perfectly by my bedroom window for him to watch the birds. Easy enough to put together by myself.

Very poor quality. First post broke right off screw and I barely touched it. Ive put many pieces together and this is the worst.

The design is nice, but I'm still trying to put this together after many challenges. A lot of the pieces (at least 5 instances) weren't able to be assembled due to defective threading of parts, causing the brass pieces (threaded inserts) that recieve the screws to pop out of the support pieces. I had to get a machinist friend to look at them, who repaired the thread from the back, then re-glued them into the supports. Now I am waiting for the glue to cure (24 hours) before continuing the assembly so I can hopefully get it all together. As a relatively handy person with skilled friends, I still find it challenging to put together and imagine a lot of people would have a pile of unuseable pieces. There was also a banged up corner that looked like it had been damaged, then repaired. If I was buying a defective product at a reduced price I would be ok with the blemishes, but it is frustrating to get something that doesn't look like it had much quality control put into it and have to spend hours and hours trying to piece it all together with work arounds. To top it off, the rope and ball were on the panel upside down! We had to untie it and re-tie it properly. Overall very disappointed.
