As usual I really didn’t pay attention to the size. Only the large size was available and I ordered before I got my new dog. The bowls are huge and I’m not sure she will even eat or drink out of them. They are quality stainless steel bowls and would be perfect for a household of several pets that are able to share a feeding and water bowl. If you are in that situation, these would be a great buy.

OK, these bowls are ginormous. I didn’t realize there were so huge. I’m not really sure if the lips are advantageous or not yet but print marks or something on the lip of the dishes when I took it out of the packaging. Not sure if they come off when I tried to remove it with a towel. So far, we have a pretty large cat he doesn’t have any trouble reaching the food or water so that’s good.

These bowls are awesome. They help my dog eat slower. They are very easy to wash. They are quite big but I don’t mind that. Even my cats could use it. I would recommend this slow feeder. You can also use one for water which my cats like.

I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy-duty these stainless steel bowls are. I think they'll work great for the shelter's foster families who care for herds of puppies and kittens. I got the largest, but it's nice that the company offers various sized so you can pick based on the size of "herd" you have. :) I also like that they can be used as "slow feeders" for adult dogs who tend to inhale their food. I'm guessing they'll be used at the rescue year round. I gave them 5 stars because they're so heavy-duty, but I do think they could use non-skid bottoms- just enough to keep fast-eating adult dogs and herds of large-breed puppies from pushing them around. Other than that, they're perfect!

Perfect food bowl, my dogs has slowed down their eating. I love there is two of them same size for the price, This bowl also would be perfect for puppies just learning to eat. My dog needed this to slow down when eating. The material is the same as most dog bowls and easy to clean. Good quality.
