came damaged, and the way it is put together is very cheap, I have to glue pieces together to make it work. I ended up throwing it out cause it was just very cheaply made, even the acrylic pieces were scratched.

This cage began to rot 3 weeks after receiving it then Wayfair REFUSED point blank to refund the cage even though it came with a one year warranty. The Wayfair resolutions team are a disgrace. After refusing to refund the cage and refusing to honour the warranty they stopped replying to my emails. Absolutely shocking customer service. Please DO NOT buy this product

I have one super happy hamster!

This item is very poor quality. The platform inside had a chunk of wood missing on the bottom. It does not state that the the front is plexiglass and it also had a scratch. The instructions were badly written and it took a considerably long time to put together
