Fabric could be better and the stair doesn’t quite work out. It just doesn’t fit right. Overall worth the purchase, stable and doesn’t rock. My cats are getting used to it. Takes time to put it together, but not difficult

Love this piece!! Just not sure how long the fabric will hold. It’s not adhered completely to the structure and my cat loves kneading with his claws. I will make 1 adjustment and add sisal rope in some areas.
