I am so upset I waited for costumer service to respond it arrived broken and I waited two weeks and no one said anything not to mention this would never ever fit a grown cat inside just a small kitten so small the space

It’s very cute, comes as pictured. The cushions are pretty hard and seem uncomfortable for cats to lie on. The top isn’t secure, so it’s not a good place for the cat to climb. Cat must be very small to use comfortably.
