I purchases as an open box. The screws do not align properly causing the roof to be very loose with the screws sticking out. I was able to get 4 screws in to hold the roof part on, but could bot get the other screws to align. Part of the roof was cracked as well. It's a nice sturdy house, but my concern would be the loose screws falling out over time and my dog ingesting them.
