Very nice little kitty condo my cats love it as you could see. The scratch thing is almost destroyed already it’s only a few months old.

Bought this about 8 months ago, because my new cat seemed to want a window perch. Easy to assemble, attractive, and solid construction! At first my cat went straight for the scratching post. LOVES it, he's a long cat and gets a good scratch. After a month or so, he ventured into the ground floor cubby and would groom there in the mornings. About 5 months later he finally started using the penthouse platform to look out the window. And just this past month he has also started using the 3rd floor platform. Still scratching the post multiple times a day. I also washed all the pads after some work happened in my apartment and they came out soft and fluffy as before, velcroed right back in. Very pleased with this attractive product that my cat enjoys!

Excellent addition to the room and viewing area for the window. It was fairly simple to put together and feels pretty sturdy. My kitty seems to be right at home already!
