Perfect size and height. Nice quality. Tall enough for o e cat and too tall for the other! PERFECT - now the small cat doesn’t attack the big cat! She can escape to this tree.

When it’s cool they both live inside. Warm and cozy and... they think they are hiding from me!

The description says this is carpet and faux fur, which is a lie. It's all faux fur. Though there is a panel on the side that has a sisal rope texture for scratching. My cats are pretty meh about it - they prefer carpet furniture. But it's a good height for a window perch, so they will sit in the top when I have the window open.
