I like the sink and am eager to use it, once I repair everything. I've spent way more than the sink to get this working. First, the faucet threads to the hand held shower unit were bad. Wayfair cannot send a replacement, so they get me cash back and told me to find my own. I did. It was fine. The hoses they sent were not long enough, so I had to buy my own longer hoses and a splitter for the washer/dryer water lines. Those connection leaked. Yes they were tight and I used thread tape. The other ends of the hose connecting to the sink also leaked. Can't make it stop. the drain also leaks where it connects to the sink. The instructions do not mention which gasket goes where or how to install the drain properly. I've done drains before and did what looks right. Drip drip drip. there's also not anywhere near enough drain pipe to connect to anything, even if you are right over it. You'll need to buy more connections. OH yeah, the sink, on level ground, does not drain all the water out. The bottom is basically flat with a couple of dents leading toward the drain, that do not empty the sink. You'll have to push the water toward the drain once it drains all it can. All i can say is good luck connecting the lines if you get one. I had to call a plumber and so far have spent well over the cost of the unit. At least the price was good. and yes, I've installed sinks and faucets before. This one does not want me to install it.

first of all i had high hopes for this dog bath. It came damaged and i requested a refund and i was offered 15%, I agreed but with a caveat that I had not installed the taps and water lines. First the actual tub was difficult to assemble. There was no parts list. Today i installed the taps and water lines. I had to purchase new water lines because the ones that came with the bath were too short and also came with 1/2 " ends on both sides, unfortunately, my shutoff was 3/8. I spent $29 on the new lines." When I turned on the water there was water leaking from both tap connections and the sprayer. I tried 4 times to thicken up the teflon tape but to no avail . It would be very difficult to find taps and connectors that would fit this dog bath, so i finally give up and ask for a full refund. I will ask to try new taps and the correct water lines before I totally give up. Waiting to see if they are interested in sending me new tapes and correct water lines. It';s a shame to have to disassemble this dog bath but if I can not get it to work without leaks, then iI will have no choice. Also before I leave, the drain hose is supper hard to get installed as it gives you very little leeway as to its installation. hope this helps.

This is one of the only things that I’ve gotten from Wayfair that has been absolutely wonderful. I absolutely love this. It has held up to all 7 of our dogs. It’s awesome.

SO I LOVE THE GROOMING TUB! I will say the directions were not great and the photos helped but were so blurry it was hard to see. After a couple of hours I was able to get it put together...I had a handyman help me with the plumbing and it works! The water cables were not long enough so we bought 30" to make it work. Now it looks just like the picture! I bought this model particularly because my washer is on the left and the hose fits in the left side holes cut for a left side faucet. I was blessed because it fits perfect and is used for the drain of my washer as well! YAY FOR ME! After using this for 2 weeks, I have corrosion on the faucet and no way to get warm water out of it. It is cold or hot - nothing in between. THE SINK IS AWESOME...THE FAUCET IS NOT. After one year of using this sink, THe sink is awesome but the faucet has gotten worst. I would like to get a new faucet. Is that possible?

The drain hose is a terrible connection. I ended up replacing with one that actually had the seals and screwed on to the PVC drain pipe.
