The ladder rungs (steps) are a but shallow for my 11 pound cat. It took her a few months to gain confidence to use the rungs to reach the top bed. Now that she’s reached the top, she spends most of her time sleeping and birdwatching. If you purchase, periodically check that the rungs are firmly in place. They do loosen with use.

My cats love it, they play with the hanging ball and use the scratching post. The go up and down the ladder like it’s a fun game.

Fairly complex to put together but sturdy product will sleek design. My cats don’t really climb it to the top though as the “steps” are a bit too shallow for them. Much more suited for kitten-size furrbies.

Cute. The cats enjoy it. Large enough but not too tall. It's a good size. Difficult to install, glad hubby has patience and good tools. Wayfair resolved any issues to my satisfaction. End product looks nice.
